The Great Axemen
1. Randy Rhoads (Quiet Riot/ Ozzy Osbourne)
- had it all, the style, the neo classical sense, played with Ozzy.
2. Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath/ Heaven and Hell)
- Plays left handed and got his fingers chopped off. Metal.
3. George Lynch (Dokken / Lynch Mob)
- Met this guy in person, two words. Mr. Scary.
4. Mick Mars (Motley Crue)
- Always can make a catchy riff.
5. Yngwie Malmsteen. (Yngwiie Malmsteen's Rising Force)
- The original Neo Classical Shredding guitarist.
6. Jus Osbourn. (Electric Wizard)
- Lead Guitarist who Perfected some stoner metal styles, and sings while he does it. He does this all completly baked.
7. JD Cronise (The Sword)
- Another Stoner Metal guitarist, who totally kicks ass.
8. Matt Pike (Sleep / High on Fire)
- Pioneered the Stoner Metal sound.
9. Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne / Black Label Society)
- Uses tons of Wah and Pinch Harmonics. Always Awesome.
10. Ted Nugent (Ted Nugent)
- Another singer/guitar combo. He's the Motor City Madman.
- had it all, the style, the neo classical sense, played with Ozzy.
